    Shawn Kelly, O.D., dipl. ABO graduated in 1994 from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in chemistry. He joined First Eye Care in 1998 after graduating from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove Oregon where he emphasized his training in eye disease, specialty contact lenses, and binocular vision.

He joined First Eye Care in 1994 after completing an internship at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
